Myles started his culinary career at 12 years old as a dishwasher at a local pub in St. Albert, Alberta. His passion started early with a father who has a culinary background as well and instilled the importance of learning to cook and a passion for fresh ingredients. After pursuing cooking at the first chance he got, he attended Fanshawe College in London, Ontario and graduated with two diplomas in culinary management. His culinary journey took him to Kananaskis, Alberta working at the prestigious Kananaskis Golf & Country Club where he received rookie employee of the year.
Continuing on Myles took his career to Calgary where he landed a line cooking job with Redwater Rustic Grille in 2008, where he quickly climbed the ranks to Executive Chef in 2010. This ultimately led Myles to Bookers BBQ & Crabshack where Myles has instilled a new passion for fresh southern comfort food. Myles has been with Vintage group Restaurants for almost 6 years , He currently is the Executive Chef of Bookers BBQ & Crabshack.
